2 Minute Review: Tate Britain- British Folk Art

British Folk Art at Tate Britain

Comprehensive and varied summary of British folk art.

Pretty busy for a thursday afternoon.

£13.10 entry (+£1.75 booking fee!) But I guess all exhibitions are being bumped up to this price– 😦

costs extra for the audio guide- the lady told me ‘there’s not much information on display so you’ll need this’. Thanks lady. Didn’t get the audio guide as I was laden with sketchbook.

Lots of:

painting

shop signage

ship busts

needlework

Not enough:

ceramics

weird stuff

costume

tate folk
